A native "Cape Codder" with over 30 years sailing experience, many of them on the waters of Nantucket and Vineyard Sound. A USCG licensed Master of 100 Ton Inspected Vessels with Auxiliary Sail and Commercial Towing endorsements. Also authorized to serve as Mate of 200 Ton Inspected Vessels on Near Coastal waters up to 200 miles offshore .

Member of the American Professional Mariners Association, American Sailing Association, United States Power Squadron, Boat Owners Association of the United States, and the Hyannis Yacht Club.
